Is a neuroscience-informed counselling and coaching practice for women ready to regulate their nervous system, restore internal authority, and live from embodied power—without spiritual bypassing, surface-level healing, or self-abandonment.
The Miricall Mission is a private practice for women who are ready to move out of chronic stress patterns and into internal stability, clarity, and self-trust.
This work is grounded in nervous system regulation, neuroscience-informed counselling and coaching, and recognised somatic techniques. It is practical, ethical, and designed for sustainable change—not insight without embodiment.
We do not rush transformation. We build capacity first. When the nervous system stabilises, choice, intuition, and power naturally return.

At The Miricall Mission, the work focuses on how the brain and body learn, store, and repeat emotional patterns—and how those patterns can be safely interrupted and updated.
Grounded in neuroscience, nervous system regulation, and evidence-informed somatic practice, this work addresses the root mechanisms that keep women stuck in chronic stress, self-doubt, and over-functioning.
When the body learns safety and the nervous system stabilises, outdated patterns lose their grip. Capacity increases. Choice returns. Power becomes accessible again.


Lasting change begins with safety. We focus on stabilising the nervous system so clients can move out of chronic stress, reactivity, and overwhelm before attempting cognitive or behavioural change.


Understanding how the brain learns, adapts, and reinforces patterns creates clarity and agency. Clients are supported to make sense of their responses rather than pathologise them.
Change must be embodied, not just understood. Techniques such as EFT and TFT are used to interrupt conditioned emotional responses and support physiological down-regulation.
All work is delivered within clear professional boundaries, informed consent, and realistic expectations—prioritising client autonomy, capacity-building, and sustainable outcomes.

Amanda Doggett is a Master-qualified counselling professional, registered EFT and TFT therapist, and an accredited Neuroscience Coach.
Her work integrates nervous system regulation, neuroscience-informed coaching, and evidence-based somatic practice within a professional, ethical private practice framework. The Miricall Mission was created from both professional training and lived understanding of how easily women lose access to their internal authority under sustained pressure, responsibility, and emotional load.
Amanda’s work is grounded, precise, and deliberately non-performative—focused on helping women stabilise their nervous system, interrupt outdated emotional patterns, and return to self-trust without dependency or bypassing. This is not directive or prescriptive work. The aim is not ongoing support. The aim is self-leadership.

The process begins with a brief alignment conversation to establish fit, intention, and readiness.
This step ensures the work is appropriate, clearly understood, and entered into with informed consent on both sides.
There is no pressure to proceed. The purpose is mutual clarity and ethical alignment.
From this regulated foundation, emotional patterns, beliefs, and conditioned responses that are maintaining stress, self-doubt, or limitation are gently identified.
These patterns are approached with curiosity rather than judgement, understood as learned responses rather than personal flaws.
Once aligned, the work moves into a dedicated phase of listening.
The client leads, speaks freely, and is met without interruption, correction, or agenda.
This phase allows the nervous system to settle through being fully heard, creating the internal safety required for meaningful change to occur.
